The learned Advocates for the parties have tendered Consent Terms dated 9th February, 2017. They submit that the Consent Terms be taken on record and a decree be passed in terms of the Consent Terms and the above Second Appeal be disposed off. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The Consent Terms are signed by the parties and their Advocates. The Affidavit of Mr. Milind Laxman Patil, son of Appellant No.1 is also taken on record and marked 'X-1' for identification. The statements made by him in the Affidavit are accepted. Decree in terms of the Consent Terms marked 'X' . The Second Appeal is accordingly disposed off. The parties agree that the exchange of lands shall take place within a period of two months from the date of the decree. The undertaking is accepted.
