Learned Counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition and seeks leave to withdraw the same, in view of the statement made by the learned APP that the police do not intend to arrest any person from the petitioner-Company. 2.

Learned APP, however, states that appropriate steps will be taken, in accordance with law, to seize the stolen property in N. S. Chitnis 1/2

In the event, the property is seized, it is open for the petitioner to take appropriate steps, as permissible in law. 4.

Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
