Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. The First Appeal preferred by the Applicants has been dismissed on the ground of the failure to file private paper book as per the order of this Court dated 31st January 2011. With a view to give one more opportunity to prosecute the appeal, a case is made out for restoration of the appeal.

Accordingly, order dismissing the First Appeal is set aside subject to condition of the applicants filing paper book within a period of six weeks from today.

If paper book is not filed within the stipulated period of six weeks from today, the order of dismissal of the

caf1330 appeal will stand. Ad-interim relief if any stands restored.
