This Civil Application is for restoration of the writ petition against respondent No.1 and for amendment to the cause title of the writ petition to correctly state the address of respondent No.1.

The writ petition was dismissed against respondent No.1 on account of failure in taking steps for service. Mr. Ligade, the learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the notice upon respondent No.1 could not be served because of change in the address of respondent No.1. After realising the position, the

Perusal of the cause title of the petition show that all the respondents including respondent No.1 are Government Officers. In that case even respondent No.1 would be represented by Office of the Government Pleader. In the circumstances, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses - (a) and (b).
