Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

This is an application for bail in respect of the offence punishable under Sections 397, 394, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code (hereafter 'IPC' for short) registered vide C.R. No.657 of 2022 with Baramati Taluka Police Station. The FIR was registered on 05.12.2022. The applicant was arrested on 06.12.2022.

I am informed that the trial is on the verge of completion. The statement of the accused under Section 1/2

PMB 10.ba.811-23.doc 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is already recorded. In this view of the matter, the trial in any case will be concluded soon. I am not inclined to entertain this application at this juncture.
