By this application, the applicants seek pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R. No. 621 of 2017 registered with the Kandivali Police Station, Mumbai, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 353, 332, 504 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Perused the papers with the assistance of the learned APP. It appears that the incident dated 26th December, 2017 is an outcome of an earlier incident, which had taken place on the very same day i.e. 26th December, 2017. As far as the applicants are concerned, they are alleged to have assaulted the complainant with fist blows and it is co-accused - Manisha Kamble, who is alleged to have assaulted the complainant with a blade. Learned APP states that the applicants have reported to the concerned Investigating Officer, as directed by this Court vide interim order dated 20th March, 2018.

Considering the role ascribed to the applicants, who are ladies, the applicants are granted pre-arrest bail on the following terms and conditions :

ORDER

(i) In the event of the arrest, the Applicants be enlarged on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- each, with one or two sureties in the like amount ;

3/3 (ii) The Applicants shall report to the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station as and when called, till the filing of the charge-sheet;

(iii) The Applicants shall co-operate with the Investigating Agency.

The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.

It is made clear, that the observations made herein are prima facie and are confined to this application.
