P.C.:- 1) By an order dated 20th March, 2018, the applicant was granted interim relief and was directed to attend the Investigating Officer with a view to join the process of investigation. 2) Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State. Perused the record. 3) Perusal of First Information Report would indicate that at the instance of the applicant, first informant got job at Akshara School, Kandivali (West), Mumbai. Subsequently, the applicant started following the first informant and was trying to talk with her, when she was proceeding towards her job place. It is further case of the prosecution that on some occasions the applicant made indecent advances to the first informant and on 19.02.2018 he obstructed her way and held her hand.

svt 2 (8) ABA-539-18.doc 4) The record indicates that the applicant has attended the Investigating Officer on stipulated dates as per the order dated 20.03.2018 and joined the process of investigation. It appears from the record that nothing is to be recovered from the applicant and investigation of the present crime is practically on the verge of completion.
5) In view of the above, the applicant is entitled to be protected by pre-arrest bail.
Interim relief granted by order dated 20.03.2018 is confirmed. However, the condition to attend the Investigating Officer is hereby waived.
