The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.86 of 2021 registered with Manchar Police Station, Pune (Rural) for the offence punishable under Sections 385, 506 r/w. Section 34 IPC. 3.

Case of the prosecution is, the applicant demanded money from the complainant on the ground that he is involved in the business of copyright as the complainant appears to have sold the undergarments by using the wrong label.

Apart from the fact that there is delay in lodging FIR, there is no specific material to infer that the applicant has demanded money from the complainant.

That being so, ad-interim protection stands confirmed. 6.

In the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No.86 of 2021 registered with Manchar Police Station, Pune (Rural) for the offence punishable under Sections 385, 506 r/w. Section 34 IPC, he be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/ with one or two sureties in the like amount. Applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer as and when directed by the Investigating Officer. The said applicant shall not directly or indirectly try to influence the prosecution witnesses and tamper with the evidence.
