ORDER:

The Petitioner has a remedy to challenge the order dated 1st February, 2018 of the District Magistrate before the DRT. In the circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition. Keeping the remedy of the Petitioner open, we dismiss the Petition.

We record the statement of the learned Counsel for the Respondent No.1-Bank that before taking possession pursuant to the order dated 1st February, 2018 of the District Magistrate, the Petitioner will be given prior notice of 15 days. (R.I. CHAGLA, J.) (A.A.SAYED, J.)
