P.C:- This petition is filed for seeking Emergency Covid-19 Parole. The Petitioner's application for Emergency Parole was rejected by the impugned order dated 22 June 2020. The learned APP points out that thereafter on 24 May 2021, the Petitioner was released on Emergency Parole and he has availed of the same on 30 June 2021. 2.

In light thereof, the petition does not survive and is disposed of as infructuous.
