The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.78 of 2021 registered with Manchar Police Station, Pune (Rural) for the offence punishable under Sections 384, 385, 504 r/w. Section 34 IPC. 3.

I have perused the investigation papers. The allegations are based on hearsay evidence. There is hardly any material on record to connect the applicant directly to the crime in question. 4.

That being so, ad-interim protection stands confirmed. 5.

In the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No.78 of 2021 registered with Manchar Police Station, Pune (Rural) for the offence punishable under Sections 384, 385, 504 r/w. Section 34 IPC, he be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/ with one or two sureties in the like amount. Applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer as and when directed by the Investigating Officer. The said applicant shall not directly or indirectly try to influence the prosecution witnesses and tamper with the evidence. 6.
