Learned counsel for the applicant, upon instructions seeks liberty to withdraw the application. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that one of the accused has filed writ petition challenging the framing of charge against accused under section 413 of Indian Penal Code. According to learned counsel for the applicant, allegations levelled against applicant are also of similar nature. In view of this, he seeks liberty to withdraw the application with further liberty to renew his prayer after six months. 2) Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice. Application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
