None appeared for the applicant when the matter was called out. I have perused the grounds raised in the civil application. The order dated 4th March,2015 passed by this court dismissing the first appeal on the ground that the private paper book was not filed along with the decree form within the stipulated period is recalled on the condition that the applicant files private paper book along with decree form within eight weeks from today. It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted. If the order passed by this court is not complied with within the prescribed period, First Appeal No. 284 of 2015 to stand dismissed without further reference to court. Civil application is allowed on the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs. [R.D.DHANUKA, J.]
