Perused the report submitted by the learned APP appearing for the Respondent-State. It appears that when the Petitioner was earlier released on parole/furlough, he did not report on time and the Police authorities had to arrest and bring him back to the Jail after 2008 days. Therefore, the Petitioner is dis-entitled from seeking release on furlough due to his conduct. Hence, the petition stands rejected. ( MANISH PITALE, J.) ( S.S. SHINDE, J.)
