Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, the Applicant is permitted to Megha 1/2

Megha 27_ca_3203_2015.doc withdraw the amount of Rs.1,84,33,452/-alongwith interest accrued thereon subject to furnishing solvent surety /bank guarantee of a nationalised bank to the satisfaction of the registry. Before accepting the solvent surety /bank guarantee registry to issue notice to the Respondent-original Defendant. Withdrawal of the amount alongwith accrued interest thereon shall be subject to the final outcome of the appeal.
