the learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant does not dispute that the order dated 3rd March 2014 is already complied with inasmuch as charge-sheet is filed. In that view of the matter, relief claimed in prayer clause (a) is rendered infructuous. Insofar as relief claimed in prayer clause (b) is concerned, as on today, application has not been filed. 2.
