Heard. The matter pertains to Patent No.202302 (Indian Patent Application No.1425/MUM/2005) of CTR Manufacturing Industries Limited and the opposition to the grant of Patent by Sergi India and the hearing thereof in pursuance to the directions given by the Hon'ble Supreme Court and this Court. The Court is informed that the Deputy Controller of Patents and Designs, Patent Office, Mumbai, has fixed the 1/2
k 2/2 901 wp st 8856.16 as .doc hearing of the matter today. Dr. Suhas Kulkarni, Assistant Commissioner of Patents, Patent Office, Mumbai is present in Court. After hearing the matter for some time, learned Counsel for the parties are agreed to the following order being passed: a) The hearing in the matter of the opposition to the grant of Patent filed by the Petitioner is expedited and to be disposed of alongwith the Miscellaneous Petitions one after another and/or simultaneously on or before 30 June 2016.
b) The statement of the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner is recorded that the Review Petition (L) No.36 of 2012 filed by the Petitioner shall be withdrawn within two weeks from today. c) Parties to co-operate for the earlier disposal of the matter. d) Parties to act on an authenticated copy of this order. e) Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
