1] Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2] These civil applications seek to bring on record the legal representatives of respondent nos. 9 and 11. The delay, in taking out such civil applications has been sufficiently explained. Accordingly, both the civil applications are made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

3] The necessary amendment out to be carried out within two weeks from today.

5] Copy of the amended memo of appeal be supplied to all the respondents.

6] The civil applications are disposed of.
