Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner. Prayer (a) of this Petition which is the main substantive prayer which seeks a writ of mandamus against the Tahsildar to grant permission directing the Tahsildar to grant permission to them to sell subject lands. Admittedly, the Tahsildar cannot be the Competent Authority to grant such permission. Hence, it will be open to the Petitioner to make an application to the concerned Competent Authority for grant of permission to sell lands subject matter of this Petition. If such Shivgan 1/2
