The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.71 of 2021 registered with Manchar Police Station, Pune (Rural) for the offence punishable under Sections 384 and 385 IPC.

It is the case of the prosecution that the applicant has demanded money from the complainant for making her available true and complete documents of her farm land.

The fact remains that the necessary ingredients of the offence punishable under Sections 384 and 385 IPC cannot be inferred from the language employed in the complaint.

Apart from the above, the allegation made in the complaint appears to be vague to be looked into. As such, ad-interim protection stands confirmed.

In the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No.71 of 2021 registered with Manchar Police Station, Pune (Rural) for the offence punishable under Sections 384 and 385 IPC, he be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/ with one or two sureties in the like amount. Applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer as and 1/2
