This Court as per order dated 14th January 2021 has directed the Applicant/Appellant to remove office objections within a period of three weeks and if they are not removed the Appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to this Court. Despite this direction the Appellant could not remove the office objections. 2.

It is submitted that the Advocate representing the Appellant at that time was on maternity leave and hence could not attend the Court and could not remove the office objections. 3.

Considering explanation given the Second Appeal is restored subject to removal of office objections within a period of two weeks. (S. M. MODAK, J.)
