Having heard the rival submissions, we are of the view that the prayer of the petitioner for grant of furlough can be considered and granted subject to condition that petitioner shall remain outside the jurisdiction of Shrirampur City Police Station, Dist. Ahmednagar till his furlough period is over.

The aforesaid embargo is put on the rights of the petitioner considering the adverse police report.

It is made clear that the petitioner before his release on furlough shall furnish the place of his residence and the contact number of the person with whom he shall be residing.

The petition stands allowed in above terms.
