The learned counsel appearing for the Bhiwandi Nizampur Municipal Corporation has tendered on record a letter dated 31st December 2015 along with photographs. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The learned Court Receiver, who is present in the Court, confirms that the seventh floor of the building has been demolished by the Municipal Corporation after the office of the Court Receiver took over possession of the seventh floor. Hence both the petitions have been worked out. 2.

Accordingly, both the petitions are disposed of. The Court Receiver, High Court appointed in W.P.No.3596/2015 is discharged without passing accounts.
