The petitioner is accused No.2 in the F.I.R. bearing C.R.No.55/2015 which is registered with the Kalwa police station, Thane for offence punishable under sections 354, 342, 500, 506 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code. The present petitioner prays for quashing of the said F.I.R. against her. 2.

Learned APP on instructions from the officer who is present in Court submitted that the investigation is complete and 'C' summary would be filed before the trial Court. A communication dated 14th March, 2016 by the Senior police 1/2
