This is an application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure read with Section 21(4) of the MCOC Act. It is submitted that, the applicant is in Jail since 7.1.2013 and till date the Special Court has not framed Charge in the matter.

In view thereof, the learned Special Judge under MCOC Act, Pune seized of the trial of MCOC Case No.5/2013 is hereby directed to expedite the hearing of the said case and to make an endeavor to conclude the same within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of the present Order. 3.
