By this Application, the Applicant seeks temporary bail on the ground that his niece i. e. his sister's daughter was to get married. The marriage invitation card shows that the marriage was scheduled on 09.05.2017.

Considering that the date of marriage is over, the prayer for temporary bail does not survive. Accordingly, the Application is disposed of as infructuous. Registry to communicate the said order to the Applicant, who is lodged in Nasik Central Prison, Nasik.
