The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Station House Officer of the concerned Police Station under section 154(1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 in respect of the grievance made in the present writ petition. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. Writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as such.

In the event the Petitioner approaches the Station House Officer of the concerned Police Station by way of such complaint / report, the concerned Police Station shall make a preliminary enquiry, take appropriate decision and communicate the same to the Petitioner within 7 days from the date of lodging of such report.
