Mr. Solkar, the learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the parties herein have settled the matter amicably and have, in fact, entered into the consent terms. That in the said consent terms the applicant herein is Defendant no.2. It is further submitted that due to some inevitable circumstances, the said consent terms could not be filed before the concerned Court in Suit No.204 of 2015. 2.

Mr. Momin, the learned Advocate appearing for Respondent no.2/first informant conceded to the said fact 1/2

16-ABA547-18.DOC situation and further on instructions submitted that he has no objection if the interim relief granted in favour of the applicant is confirmed.

In view of the fact that the parties herein have settled the matter amicably, the interim relief granted by Order dated 21st March, 2018, is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to report the Investigating Officer of concerned police station is waived.

Application is allowed in aforesaid terms.
