This is an application for restoration of Writ Petition (St.) No.17131/2019 which was dismissed for non removal of office objections within the stipulated period in pursuance of Order dated 21.10.2021. The present Application is filed within the period of limitation. Perusal of Application would indicate that, sufficient cause is made out for restoration of Writ Petition.

In view of the above, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

Applicant is directed to remove all office objections, if not removed prior to this, within a period of three weeks from today as a last chance, failing which the Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.
