The petitioner prays for directions to add the names of two accused persons in the subject C.R. No.414 of 2015. They are Jahid Tarzan & Shahid Shabbir Shaikh. Admittedly, the police has filed the charge-sheet in the subject case. The another prayer is for directing the respondents to book the accused for the offence punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code. We have perused the injury certificate and the complaint lodged by Bilal Ahmed on 23rd October, 2015. In the facts, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter. However, during the course of trial while framing charge, the trial Court would take
