The learned Counsel for the parties state that no direction is contained in the Consent Terms as regard Respondent Nos. 1 and 2. 4.

The Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. Liberty to the parties to place the copy of the Consent Terms on the file of the pending Suit for appropriate order of disposal of the Suit. 5.
