Limited grievance of the petitioner is that though the proposal for grant of approval to the appointment of the petitioner's are pending before the respondent, in considerable time the same are not decided. The petition is therefore disposed of with the direction to the respondent to dispose of a proposal submitted by the petitioners as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of three months from today.
