This petition takes exception to the order dated 18th February, 2019 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Kalyan in Tenancy Appeal No. 6 of 2019.

The petitioners have alternate remedy under section 76 of the Maharashtra Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, for challenging the order impugned in this petition. In that view of the matter, writ petition stands disposed of without entering upon merits. It the petitioners are advised, they may avail of an appropriate remedy as available under the aforesaid Act.
