The writ jurisdiction of this Court is invoked against the order dated 20/03/2015 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, by which the delay in filing the RTS Appeal has been condoned, which according to the Petitioners is 2 years and 8 months whereas according to the Respondent No.1 it is 30 days. It is not necessary to go into the said aspect at this stage. The proceedings in question are RTS proceedings relating to the mutation entry being effected in respect of the land in question are pending before the Sub Divisional Officer.. It would be open for the Petitioners to challenge the impugned order condoning the delay at the time of challenging the final order, if the same goes against the Petitioners.
