Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. I have perused the grounds stated in the application. The applicant has stated that the delay in filing the appeal is mainly due to financial constraints. Grounds stated in the application, in my considered view, constitute sufficient cause. Hence, Civil Application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Appeal be registered.
