By this application the Applicant prays the delay in depositing the rent from January 2013 be condoned and the arrears be permitted to be deposited. It is stated that arrears as on date is Rs.6,750/-. Considering the fact that there was a delay and till date the amount is not deposited the Applicant will have to pay costs. Accordingly, the application is disposed of with permission to the Applicant to deposit the arrears of Rs.6,750/- in the Small Causes Court, Mumbai, in addition to the costs i.e. total amount of Rs.10,000/- by 8 May 2015. If the amount is not deposited, the

Civil Application is disposed of.
