A report is received from Chief Judicial Magistrate, Solapur that in R.C.C. No. 541 of 2007 charges have been framed against the accused on 31/08/2015. Matter was referred for mediation, but mediation has failed. On 05/10/2015, cross-examination of the P.W. 1 Rukmani Shendge has commenced and it is further deferred to 19/11/2015. 2) In view of the fact that trail has commenced, there is no question of entertaining the discharge application or setting aside the order rejecting the application for discharge in R.C.C.
