A report is received from Chief Judicial Magistrate, Solapur that in R.C.C. No. 541 of 2007 charges have been framed against the accused on 31/08/2015. Matter was referred for mediation, but mediation has failed. On 05/10/2015, cross-examination of the P.W. 1 Rukmani Shendge has commenced and it is further deferred to 19/11/2015. 2) In view of the fact that trail has commenced, there is no question of entertaining the discharge application or setting aside the order rejecting the application for discharge in R.C.C. No. 541 of 2007. Prayers in the petition ism
