By an order dated 27 July 2014, the statement of the Appellant that appropriate application is filed, was recorded and time was granted of two weeks to place the application on record. Thereafter again time was granted on 5 August 2014. Thereafter none has appeared for the Appellant when the matter was called out. Even today, none appears. Even the additional documents to be filed on record have not been filed. The impugned order is passed two years back. It appears that the Appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal.

In view of dismissal of the appeal, the civil application does not survive and is dismissed.
