The parties have settled their dispute amicably and filed consent terms dated 16th January, 2015. The said consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The appeal however, was kept pending for compliance of clause 3 of the consent terms.

Mr. Dande, learned Counsel for the appellant states that Uday S. Jagtap

87-08-fca=.doc clause 3 of the consent terms is complied with and the amount agreed to be paid, will be deposited in the account of the respondent-wife by R.T.G.S. Learned Counsel for the respondent does not dispute the statement. Statement is accepted. Both the appellant and respondent are personally present in the Court. They confirmed that the clause 3 is complied with. 3.

In the above circumstances, the Family Court Appeal No.87 of 2008 is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. Decree be drawn up as per the consent terms.
