By this Application, the Applicants seek Order and directions against the Respondent-University to forthwith issue Internship Completion Certificate and Degree Certificate in favour of the students, whose names are described in prayer clause (a) of the Interim Application. Pg 1 of 2

Learned counsel also seeks issuance of internship completion certificates and degree certificates in favour of the same students. 3.

Writ Petition is still pending. We are not inclined to grant the relief as prayed in the Interim Application. It is made clear that those Writ Petitions have to be heard finally within a period of three months from the date fixed for final hearing. The Applicants would be at liberty to apply for the reliefs prayed in this Interim Application by filing another Interim Application if the Writ Petition is not disposed off within the time prescribed.

Interim Application are disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No Order as to costs.
