Learned PP has placed on record a letter addressed by the In-charge Superintendent, Yerwada Open District Prison, Class-1, Pune-6 to the Public Prosecutor, which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 2.

Upon perusal of the contents of the said letter, it appears that the petitioner has been released on completion of 14 years' imprisonment as also considering his age.
