The above Civil Application has been filed for various reliefs. However, the Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants/Appellants states that the above Civil Application would be prosecuted only for the relief of condonation of delay of 66 days in filing the above Appeal from Order. The reasons therefor are mentioned in the Civil Application. The Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents submits to the order of this Court. Hence, accepting the reasons mentioned in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Resultantly, the delay of 66 days in filing the Appeal from Order stands condoned. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
