The petition challenges an order of eviction passed against the Petitioner. By consent of parties, the petition is disposed of by directing the Respondents not to evict the Petitioner for a period of six months from today. The Petitioner shall submit an appropriate undertaking to vacate the premises occupied by him, which are the subject matter of an order dated 5 May 2014, within a period of six months from today.
