This is an Application for releasing the Applicant on provisional cash bail for a period of 12 weeks, to enable him to search and furnish surety / sureties for himself.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that, though the Applicant has been directed to be released on bail by this Court vide its Order dated 21st December 2020, due to the present ongoing pandemic, the Applicant could not get surety to furnish it before the Trial Court and therefore, he is still anguishing in jail.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the Application, the Applicant is permitted to furnish cash bail of Rs.30,000/- for a period of 16 1/2

osk 9-IA-1069-2021 in Appeal-St-4107-2020.odt weeks from today and during the said period, the Applicant shall comply with the directions issued by this Court on 21st December 2020, passed in Interim Application (ST) No.4112 of 2020.
