This application is for fixing early date of hearing of First Appeal No.1052 of 1999.

Office note shows that First Appeal is not ready for final hearing for non-removal of office objections.

Advocate for the applicant undertakes to remove all office objections within 8 weeks from today. Same is granted.

Considering the fact that First Appeal is not ready for final hearing, it is not possible to entertain the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:

a) Civil Application stands rejected.
