1] By the present petitioin under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners have challenged the impugned Order dated 6.2.2006 passed by the learned Member of the Maharashtra State Commission for Women, directing investigation in the allegations of the complainant therein by the State C.I.D.

2] It appears that the present petition as civil writ petition challenging the directions to conduct investigation by the State C.I.D., is not maintainable.

Facing with the said difficulty, the learned counsel for the 1/2
