Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties and the following order is passed by consent:- i) Respondent No.4 who is present in Court undertakes to pay Rs.65,00,000/- to the Petitioner within a period of six weeks from today in lieu of the Petitioner unconditionally surrendering her tenancy rights in favour of Respondent No.1. ii) The Petitioner undertakes to unconditionally surrender her tenancy rights in Flat No.501, 5th Floor, Durga Dham Building, Plot No.16, CTS No.20/8, 33/B, at Dr. Ramesh Pradhan Marg, Thane, upon receiving payment of

iii) Simultaneously, upon payment of the said amount of Rs.65,00,000/- by the Respondent No.4 to the Petitioner, the Petitioner shall execute documents unconditionally relinquishing all her tenancy rights in her flat in favour of the Respondent No.4 by executing documents required by Respondent No.4. iv) Upon the above transaction being completed, the parties will not have any claims of whatsoever nature against each other. v) The above Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
