13-caf-896-2015.prod.doc 5] Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, the following order:
a) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (1) which read thus :
"The appellants be allowed to publish an advertisement in two dailies, one English (Sakaal Times) and one Marathi (Kesri) in respect of the pending appeal so as to serve respondent No. 7".
b] Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
