Petitioners claim that they are entitled for the post of Primary Teacher but the respondents are treating them as Shikshan

2 P27-29-3913-3915.2017.sxw Sevaks. Petitioners submit that in regard to the aforesaid grievance, representation dated 25.11.2014 Exh. E was submitted before the first respondent but till date the representation has not been decided. According to the petitioners, the proposal has already been sent by the Management for treating them as Primary Teachers but that has also not been decided. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, without commenting upon the merits of the matter and the petitioner's entitlement, these petitions are disposed of by directing respondent no.1 to take appropriate decision in regard to the petitioner's claims as per their representations Exh. E as expeditiously as possible preferably within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.
