On the previous occasion, the applicant's bail application no. 145/18 was heard by this court (Coram:- Smt. Sadhana S. Jadhav, J.) and vide order dated 11th October 2018 following order was passed :- "Learned counsel for the applicant, upon instructions, seeks liberty to withdraw the bail application. Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice. The bail application is disposed of as withdrawn."

Again the present bail application is preferred by the same applicant and in the entire memo, nothing is pleaded regarding any change in the circumstances. Therefore, this application cannot be entertained and hence is dismissed.
